Bertha Ann Fausset, 84, of Brookston died Wednesday, November 27, 2002 at Monticello Assisted Living and Healthcare. She had resided at the Center since August.

She was born at Bloomington on April 30, 1918, to Alfred P. and Ida Sherfey Blewett. She married Charles Fausset at Bloomington on August 30, 1946. He survives.

She was a 1936 graduate of Bloomington High School.

She was a homemaker.

She was a member of the Brookston American Legion Auxiliary and Order of Eastern Star of Bloomington.

Surviving with her husband are sons, Richard (Nancy) Rogers of Anderson, S.C., Rex (LaDonna) Fausset of Monticello and Barry Fausset of Goodland; a sister, Margaret Blewett of Washington; 10 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.

Three brothers, a sister and two daughters are deceased.

Private services are planned. Inurnment will be at a later date at I.O.O.F. Cemetery, Brookston.

Memorials may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
