Virginia White Eide, 81, of Monticello died Thursday, August 1, 2002, at her residence.
She was born in Anderson on August 9, 1920, to Myrtle White and Clay DeHority. She married Charles J. Eide on August 1, 1946. He died October 10, 1986.
She moved to Monticello in 1983 from Francesville. She worked at the Busch Farm Services m Francesville as a bookkeeper.
She loved to work in her yard, oil paint and watch Chicago Cubs baseball and golf on television.
Survivors include four daughters, Virginia Carol Eide, of Park Forest, IL, Barbara Bonnell, of Rensselaer, Janet (Ron) Wenrick of Monon, and Sara (Randy) Wenrick of Monon; two sons, Sherrill Eide, of Fort Worth, Texas, and Charles J. Eide, Jr. of Monon; two brothers, Joseph (Linda) DeHority, of hdianapolis and Elwood (Myrtle) DeHority, of Howe.
Sixteen grandchildren and six great grandchildren also survive.
Funensl services were August 5th at Querry-Ulbricht Funeral Home, Francesville. Burial was in Riverview I.O.O.F. Cemetery, Monticello.
