Thelma M. Dunker, 89, Rt. 1, Reynolds, died Sunday morning, June 12, at her home.
She was born in Winamac on June 4, 1905 to william and Minnie Hintz Strong. She married George M. Dunker on November 7, 1921, and he died August 24, 1984.
She had lived in Reynolds since 1928.
She and her husband farmed for several years.
She was a member of the St. James Lutheran Church in Reynolds.
Surviving are three sons, Ray of Reynolds, Fritz of Brookston, and Kenneth of Greenville, TN; two daughters, Norma Schroeder of Crossville, TN, and Nancy Bilyeu of Reynolds; 15 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and 9 great-great-grandchildren.
One son, Donald, two brothers and one sister are deceased.
Funeral services were held Wednesday in St. James Lutheran Church, the Rev. Stephen E. Koenig officiated.
Burial was in the Lutheran Cemetery, Reynolds.
