Margaret M. Utley Dieterle, 94, Brookston, died Sunday morning, November 28, at Tioga Pines Living Center where she had resided since July 30th.

She was born May 14, 1899 in Prairie Township in White County to Samuel and Mary Youst Utley. She married Fred A. Dieterle on July 16, 1918 in Lafayette. He died January 25, 1959.

She graduated from the Brookston Academy in 1918 and was a member of the Brookston Federated Church.

Surviving are two sons, Roger and Carroll "Skip" of Brookston; a daughter, Mrs. Dorotha Dupin of Chalmers; four step-grandchildren and 10 step-great-grandchildren.

Two brothers and five sisters are deceased.

Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at Hartzler Funeral Home in Brookston, the Rev. Lelan McReynolds officiated.

Burial was in IOOF Cemetery in Brookston.
