Duane "Ed" Cummins

Duane Edward "Ed" Cummins, 31, of Monticello died Friday, Fcbruary 4, 2005 at his residence.

He was born at Monticello on August 27, 1973, to Duane Edgar and Ethel A. (Oliver) Cummins.

He had lived in White County all of his life. He grew up in the Headlee area and attended Pioneer Regional Schools at Royal Center.

He was a member of the Eagles Lodge in Logansport and the American Legion post in Marion.

He was an avid NASCAR fan and was a Dale Earnhardt, Jr. fan. He enjoyed anything that dealt with mud, especially four wheeling.

Survivors include his mother, Ethel A. Cummins of Monon; daughter, Natalee Ann Cummins at home at Burnettsville; sons Brice Edward and Daykota Berton Cummins, both at home at Burnettsville; former wife, Bridgette A. Cummins of Burnettsville; sisters, Deborah S. (Jim) Philo and Mary Elizabeth (Lee) Quillon, all of Monticello and Patty Ann (Ron) Coonrod of Idaville; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

A brother Michael Edward Artrip is deceased.

Funeral services were today at Miller-Roscka Funeral Home with Greg Nydegger officiating.

Burial was at Bell Center Cemetery.
