KAREN K. CULVER

Karen K. Weston Culver, 30, the headteller at Farmers State Bank in Brookston, died at 2:10 a.m. Saturday in a traffic accident on Tyler Road, a mile south of the White County line, in Tippecanoe County

She was a passenger in a truck that went over an embankment and hit a tree.

Born Jan. 6, 1958, in Lafayette, she lived at Rt. 1, Brookston, and was a lifelong resident of the Brookston area. A 1976 graduate of Frontier High School, she had been employed at Farmers State Bank since January 1980.

Her marriage Aug. 6, 1976, to Jeffrey Culver was in Lafayette. He survives.

Mrs. Culver attended Jehovah's Witnesses Kingdom Hall.

Surviving with her husband are a son, Brandon Culver, at home; her mother, Mrs. Arlus Weston of Brookston, and her grandmother, Mrs. Pearl Rardon of Great Falls, Mont.

Her father, Raymond "Tuck" Weston and brother, Ronnie Lee Weston, preceded her in death.

Services were held Tuesday, July 5, at Hartzler Funeral Home with Floyd Deel officiating. Interment was in IOOF Cemetery, Brookston.
