Doris H. (Roark) Culver, 75, Brookston, died Wednesday, Aptil 1, at Home Hospital, Lafayette.

She was born Dec. 9, 1922, to Arthur Auston and lnez M. Henegar Roark, in White County. She was married Sept. 4, 1941, to Glenn Culver at the Badger Grove Baptist Church. He survives.

She graduated from Chalmers high School in 1940.

She was a homemaker. and a member of the Chalmers Com munity Church.

She was a member of the WCF of the church and also a member of the Chalmers Book Club and Kappa Kappa Sigma.

Her husband survives along with five sons; Bryan of Clay City, Eric and John, both of Chalmers, Mark of New Castle and Philip of Washington, two sisters, Mrs Kenneth (Irene) Buxton of Williamsburg, Va. and Georgia Ruemler of Muncie; 14 grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.

Funeral services were Saturday at Hartzler Funeral Home, Brookston, with Pastor Bill Henderson officiating.

Burial was in Tippecanoe Memory Gardens, West Lafayette.

Memorials may be given to Chalmers Community Church.
