Jason Paul Culp, 25, Brookston, died Wednesday, August 2 at St. Francis Hospital, Indianapolis, where he had been a patient since June 18.

He had a bone marrow transplant in March.

He was born May 3, 1975, to Jerry and Lizabeth A. Flynn Culp in Lafayette.

He was a former employee of Wagner Electric, Lafayette.

He was associated with the Brookston Church of Christ.

He enjoyed watching football and playing basketball.

He is survived by his wife, Shannon Menk Culp; daughter, Tosha Nicole Culp, Delphi; grandparents, Oral and Hazel Flynn, Chalmers and Jim and Doris Culp, Monon; sisters, Kimberly Brown, Chalmers, and Amber Culp, Brookston.

A graveside service was held Saturday at Chalmers Cemetery with Rev. Shannon Toye officiating.

Memorials may be given to the Leukemia Society of America.
