Lawrence A. Cramer
 

Lawrence A. Cramer, 56, DeMotte, died Monday, Aug. 10 in his home.

He was born May 19, 1936, to Alvin and Margaret Reents Cramer, in Monticello.

He graduated from Idaville High School and served with the 6th Infantry Regiment of the U.S. Army from 1954-56.

In 1965, he moved to DeMotte, from Hebron, where he lived for 20 years.

He was an owner-operator of a liquor store in DeMotte. He was a member of Hebron Masonic Lodge, the ORAK Shrine, South Bend Consistory No. 32, DeMotte American Legion and DeMotte Lions Club.

Survivors include a daughter, Debra Rykovich, Hobart; two sons: Lawrence, Sarasota, Fla.; and Chrisie, Bradenton, Fla.; and two sisters: Mrs John (Shirley) Ortstadt, Las Vegas and Mrs Rex (Georgia) Hendryx, Brookston.

The funeral will be conducted today at 2 p.m. at Jackson Funeral Service, DeMotte, with Pastor Terry Rhine officiating.

Burial will be at Cemetery of the Resurrection, DeMotte.
