Lawrence W. Cobleigh, 67, of Monon, died Wednesday, February 26, 2003 at Heritage Healthcare Center, West Lafayette.

He was born at Oxford on September 4, 1935, to Herbert Glenn and Esther Lucille Bart Cobleigh. He married Carol Hall at Morocco on April 26, 1969. She survives.

He was a 1953 graduate of Raub High School.

He was a tool and die maker at Omni Forge in Remington for 34 years.

He had resided in the Monon community for 30 years.

He was a former member of the Monon Odd Fellows Lodge.

Other survivors include a brother, Michael Cobleigh of Earl Park; and a sister Oma Halsema of Lafayette.

A brother is deceased.

Funeral services were Friday at Kellogg Funeral Home, in Monon with Rev. Don Newman officiating.

Burial was at Fairlawn Cemetery, Kentland.
