Adam Leon Cadwallader, 18, of Monon, died Tuesday, July 13, in an auto accident.

He was born July 14, 1980, to Donald Bradford and Delores Jean Kidd Cadwallader, in Lafayette.

He was a 1999 graduate of North White High School and had lived County area for 15 years.

He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Delores Jean Kidd Gordon and James R, Gordon Jr. of Monon; his father and stepmother, Donald Bradford Cadwallader and Cheryl Cadwallader of Lafayette; his paternal grandparents, Phyllis Cadwallader of Monticello and Donald Cadwallader of Michigan City; his maternal grandparents, Andy and Georgia Kidd, Monticello, Ky.; a brother, Aaron Bradley Cadwallader of Montmorenci; a half brother, Donald Cadwallader of Lafayette and two stepbrothers, Josh Lank and Tim Lank, both of Lafayette.

Funeral services were conducted Saturday, at 10.30 a.m. in Kellogg Funeral Home, with the Rev Pat O'Brien officiating.

Burial was in Tippecanoe Memory Gardens, Lafayette.
