Bernice K. Breckenridge, 99, formerly of Brookston, died May28 at 9:15 p.m. in Winter Park, Florida. She had been a resident at Manor Care Nursing Home since April 16, after suffering a faIl April 7th

Mrs Breckenridge was born Aug. 15, 1890, in Sheldon, Illinois. She went to school in Monticello and after attending Depauw University, was an elementary school teacher in Brookston.

She married W.B. (Broke) Breckenridge of A.L. Breckenridge & Son, Dec. 26, 1914.

In 1968, they moved to Orlando, Florida. Mr Breckenridge died in July 1969.

Mrs Breckenridge was a member of Reeves Memorial United Methodist Church.

She is survived by her son, Ralph, Casselberry, Florida, 2 grandchildren and one great grandson.
