She was born in Francesville on March 10, 1935, to John and Sattie Waymire Scott. She married Kenneth L. Boze in Monon on September 7, 1957. He survives.

She attended Francesville High School.

She was a homemaker and lived in Monon since 1957.

She was a member of Francesville Christian Church.

Surviving with her husband are daughters Barbara Pine of Milwaukee, Wisc. and Kathy Stimely of Lewis Town, Pa.; a brother Bill Scott of Largo, Fla., five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

A daughter Gwen Burget of Remington died in an auto accident while returning home after attending her mother's wake on Friday night.

Funeral services were Saturday at Kellogg Funeral Home in Monon with Rev. Larry Piatt officiating.

Burial was in Riverview 1.O.O.F. Cemetery, Monticello.
