Loretta J. Bossung

Loretta J. Bossung, 95, of Reynolds, died on Saturday, October 2, 2004 at her residence.

She was born August 28, 1909, in Reynolds to Charles T. and Mary Pelfresne.

She married Clarence Bossung on April 26, 1939 in Reynolds. He died in 1992.

She graduated from Reynolds High School.

She was a homemaker and was a member of the Honey Creek Home Ec Club. She was a lifetime member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Reynolds and a member of the Altar and Rosary Society.

Survivors include a son, Carl (Jan) Bossung of South Bend; daughters Emajean (Roger) Romer of Findlay, Ohio and Mary Ann (Jack) Lacy of Noblesville; a sister, Marie Burns of Monticello; a daughter-in-law Pam Bossung of Reynolds; 15 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

A son, Gordon "Cork" Bossung and brothers Vincent, Lawrence, Francis and Charles Vogel are deceased.

Funeral services were Tuesday at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Reynolds with Monsignor Robert Sell, officiating.

Burial will be at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery in Reynolds.

Fisher-Voorhis-Draper Funeral Home was in charge of services.
