She was born in Carroll County, KY, on October 14, 1915, the daughter of Clarence Christopher and Bessie Foster Dunn.

She graduated from Carrollton High School in Carrollton, KY.

She married Meyer Abrams on March 11, 1937 in Wellsburg, N.Y. He survives.

A homemaker, she had worked for 10 years for the State of Indiana Tree Nursery, Medaryville.

Surviving along with her husband are one daughter, Roslyn J. McLendon of Chalmers and three sons; Larry L. Abrams, San Diego, CA., Mark Abrams, Medaryville and James Christopher Abrams of Ft. Wayne.

One sister, Katie Ruth Dunn Yocum Blackman, preceded her in death.

She had 14 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and one great-great grandson.

There was a direct cremation.
