Q: Do you handle bankruptcy cases? No, we do not handle bankruptcy. For a list of the types of cases handled at Legal Aid, please see the "What Does Legal Aid Provide?" section of the About Legal Aid page. Q: Do you handle criminal law? No, Legal Aid does not handle criminal law. For a list of the types of cases handled at Legal Aid, please see the "What Does Legal Aid Provide?" section of the About Legal Aid page. Q: I have a legal problem that is not handled by Legal Aid. Who can I contact for help? For criminal cases, contact the public defender's office. For other types of cases, you may be able to receive services from Indiana Legal Services, though this will not always be the case. Q: How do I get to your office? Our office is located on North Fifth Street, just north of Main Street and across from Mulhaupt's Cyclery. For a map, see the Contact/find our office page. Q: I live outside of Tippecanoe County. Can Legal Aid help me? Unfortunately, no. Applicants must live in Tippecanoe County and the legal problem must be in Tippecanoe County.
