Bartholomew County

Columbus, Indiana is noted for a number of buildings designed by famous architects, and if you're interested in architecture the city is worth a tour.  The East Fork of the White River and the Flatrock River both pass through the county (in fact, the Flatrock is a tributary of the White), and both are good canoe rivers. Check the Indiana Canoeing Guide for take-in and pullout places. The only nature preserve of note is Anderson Falls.
