CYBER CAFES

It's true. There are these places where you can go in and get on a computer and surf, check your e-mail, find somebody to chat with, download the latest shareware game, battle it out with monsters in some remote dungeon, or whatever the heck it is that you like to do on the net. You might be a little surprised to see just how many of these there are in the world. I think it is becoming a new social form.

Our favorite one is Palaver, located just 15 minutes up the road in Monon, Indiana. They have great coffees, authentic fountain creations made with REAL fruit and high quality ice cream. Sandwiches and soups are coming soon. There is also a great selection of used books, neatly categorized and all reasonably priced. Super good coffee by the pound. And of course there are computers hooked up to the net for your use, for a nominal fee. This is a fun place.
